In collaboration with the Department of Health we run 9 communication skills workshops for nurses working in the outpatient clinics at different hospitals in Cyprus. The workshop included some teaching but also practicing the main communication skills such as empathy, understanding, unconditional acceptance etc.

develop and run an audit study, which aimed to evaluate health care professionals’ level of use, knowledge, and satisfaction about the services they received from the psychotherapy department. Provided a letter of recommendation to the psychotherapy team based on the feedback provided from professionals and also based on evidence-based research.

develop and run an audit study in outpatients, obesity clinic, and interviewed 20 obese patients about their experiences while interacting with the Surgical Care Practitioner or other doctors during their initial assessment.
